Pier 60 is a city owned and operated fishing pier providing visitors with a safe, clean, and family friendly fishing destination. The Pier 60 bait house located on the pier offers a complete line of fishing tackle, T-shirts, souvenirs, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We offer rental equipment , a full line of bait, and a staff that is knowledgeable and eager to assist you.

The most common fish that can be caught include Spanish Mackerel, Spotted and Silver Trout, Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Sheephead, Snappers, Flounder, Jacks, and numerous others depending on the season. One of the reasons Pier 60 is so popular is the pier’s many lights, ideal for night fishing. Lights are a natural fish attractant. They draw in small baitfish, which in turn draw the larger gamefish. Pier 60 is noted for its Spotted SeaTrout and Snook fishing. It’s not uncommon for 20+pounders to be caught and released here on many nights from late Spring to early Fall.
